What Happened?
I originally hired this company to help me register my trademark and protect my business brand. At first, everything sounded professional and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience became very frustrating and expensive.
First Payment – $1,250
I paid $1,250 to start the trademark process. After waiting around 4 months, I was told the application needed to be submitted again and that I needed to pay another $1,050.
At that point, I felt I had no choice because I already invested money and time into the process.
Second Payment – Another $1,050
After paying the second time, I waited about 3 more months expecting the trademark process to finally be completed.
Instead, I was contacted again and asked to pay another $1,250 in order to “finalize” the trademark process.
This immediately raised concerns for me.
Contacting the Government Trademark Office
Because I was worried, I contacted the official trademark office directly through the to understand what was happening with my application.
According to the information I received, the trademark application had already been denied, and I was advised not to continue sending additional payments for the same filing.
